      Have you considered implementing Fabric in SPJS forms?

      Hi,
      What part of UI Fabric are you referring to? – You can use the styles and icons in your custom js by including this file in the Custom CSS tab:

      https://static2.sharepointonline.com/files/fabric/office-ui-fabric-core/9.6.1/css/fabric.min.css
