      Only on the new form, when clicking between tabs I get this error, cascade lookup is not loaded on this form… any idea what is causing this? not happening on the display or edit form. (see attached screen shot)

      It’s most likely a call to this function from one of your tabs – and the function is missing from the Custom JS – look at the “Click function name” in the DFFS Backend config for the tab that triggers this error.

      you nailed it… thank you!!! we did not put that in there but that was the problem… client must have been playing around.
