      My form with DFFS is loading very nice and quick for me.
      However, two other site admins were trying it today and both were getting the time out error. “took forever”. What would you first suspect to be the problem?

      Please ask the ones with the problem to hit F12 and have a look at the “Console” while loading the page. Any errors there?
