Approval Status in vLookup list

I want to show the Approval Status of items in the lookup so I’ve picked _moderationStatus. However that gives me a numeric rather than a word. Do you know how I can turn the number 2 into the relevant status?

Currently I cannot think of any method. I’ll add an option in vLookup to “translate” a value like you require.
